Our services are subject to the Dutch standard terms De Nieuwe Regeling 2011 (DNR 2011).
Applicable terms
All proposals, assignments and agreements of TVE BV (Chamber of Commerce 99083256) are subject to De Nieuwe Regeling 2011 (DNR 2011), the Dutch standard legal framework between client and consultant for advisory, design and management assignments. The client's general terms and conditions are expressly excluded.
Provision of the terms
We enclose the DNR 2011 with every proposal and provide it free of charge on request. Download: DNR 2011 (PDF)
Deviations
Deviations from the DNR 2011 apply only if recorded in writing in the agreement. In the event of conflict, the agreement prevails.
Language
In the event of differences between language versions of this page or the agreement, the Dutch text prevails.
