Personal data we process

We process personal data you provide to us, such as your name, company, email address, telephone number and the content of your message, as well as technical data such as your IP address.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to contact you, prepare proposals, perform agreements and comply with legal obligations such as statutory record-keeping. Legal bases: performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR).

Automated decision-making

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing.

Retention period

We keep your personal data no longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Financial and administrative records are kept for the statutory period of seven years.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude data processing agreements with parties processing data on our behalf, such as hosting and email providers.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unwanted disclosure of your data.

Access, rectification and erasure
